This is a LIVE (not Zoom) 90-minute workshop for up to 10 people ($1000) or up to 20 people ($1600). I'll come to you! I've traveled to work with teams, workplaces, yoga studios, and even the US Army. Travel fees apply for distances greater than 50 miles, exact fees TBD by distance. Yes! We will learn a series of exercises that you can repeat every day to improve your posture and performance. Many of the exercises will be ON THE FLOOR. To participate in Posture Camp, you must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. Please dress in comfortable layers of exercise clothing, and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

No problem. Class size is limited, so you'll get hands-on assistance and exercise modifications as needed. I'll be sure you get the very best versions of the exercises that are right for you!
YES!!!! Well, as long as your pain is CHRONIC and not acute. I can't fix your broken leg :) But, Posture Camp is a great way to get to the root of your nagging aches and pains, your overuse injuries, compensations, limitations, or your frequently pulled this or that. I really don't want you to be in pain! Posture Camp will teach you exercises that will help you feel better...and help you understand all the reasons that you hurt.
Posture Camp exercises actually incorporate some great yoga and PT moves! But, Posture Camp looks at pain through a WIDE angle lens to determine the ROOT of your pain...which is not always the same as the SITE of your pain. For example, many of my clients with back pain have imbalances in the pelvis and shoulders, and their exercises address those imbalances. The Posture Camp exercises focus on restoring total body alignment and function rather than chasing specific symptoms, "tightness", diagnosis, etc.
I'm an Egoscue® Certified Postural Alignment Specialist and I use this method exclusively in my Posture Therapy practice, in my own exercise regimen, and in Posture Camp. I highly recommend reading and understanding Pete Egoscue's books, "Pain Free, 2nd Edition" and "The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion" to enhance your journey toward pain-free performance. And did you know I wrote a book, too? It's called "Of Course Your Knees Hurt." Don't worry, I will provide links to these books in your registration email.
