POSTURE THERAPY
I use the Egoscue Method® of Posture Therapy with my clients. It's an effective way to finally overcome your chronic pain because it addresses the CAUSE of your pain, not the symptom. NOW REGISTERING FOR 2025! One of the most important (and rewarding) aspects of the AgeStrong journey is to share it with like-minded people. The AgeStrong Club is a series of five 10-week workouts, expertly designed for "Over-50" bodies. We'll cover everything you need for a well-rounded exercise regimen: strength, cardio, injury prevention, and mobility/flexibility...with a nod to the hot topic of longevity science...plus a splash of fun :)

Here's how it works:
DAILY WORKOUTS
You'll follow a simple, straightforward workout plan (via videos) that clearly explains exactly what to do 6 days/week. The workouts will never take longer than 30 minutes! And there are plenty of ways to modify the exercises so that everything is do-able for every body and everybody :) However, this group is for experienced exercisers who can properly and confidently execute basic forms of resistance training, have access to home exercise equipment or a gym, and are ready to kick their workouts up a notch. WEEKLY GROUP COACHING CALLS VIA ZOOM
The club will meet weekly via Zoom for a brief lesson/tip from me, plus accountability, support, and live Q&A with the group. We'll also cover nutrition, meal prep, and common obstacles to success. Join in (or watch the recording) to get the most from the 10-week program! You'll love the group dynamic (even if you're an introvert like me) and we wholeheartedly believe it's the key to making the program fun and sustainable. BONUS WORKSHOPS
Your workouts will only be effective if you're also taking charge of the basics! To supplement your 10-week program, add a self-guided bonus workshop from the AgeStrong Video Library. Explore topics like Sleep, Heart Health, Injury Prevention, Spring Reset, Max Muscle, HIIT, "Blue Zones", Sugar Busters, Strength Training, Gut Care, Stress, and Habits. PROGRESS!
Ten weeks is a great time frame to stay focused and get results! You're going to look and feel amazing by the time you're done with the program! But...ten weeks is not enough for permanent, lasting change. I'll be adding additional 10-week programs throughout 2025 to build the momentum (and the results) and to keep the workouts fresh and fun. Here's a breakdown of the programs and themes.

There will be a 2-week break in August.

AgeStrong personal coaching starts with a comprehensive ASSESSMENT and creates a personalized action plan in 3 key areas; exercise, stress, and nutrition. Continue with single FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS as needed, or opt for 3 months of programming via the SELF-GUIDED (via app) or FULL SERVICE (app + weekly check-ins via Zoom) programs, depending on how much support and accountability you need. A comprehensive discussion (via Zoom) to assess your current health/wellness status, identify your weak links, and establish an impactful action plan.
